I purchased a device from Eats & Co International on November 12, 2001. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dora L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
