I am writing regarding order #ORD-8630-VVE-3840 placed with Defense Consultants, Consultants Melbourne on February 20, 2014. I paid $77.97 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Felipe O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
