On January 20, 1992, I signed up for Defense Consultants, Consultants Melbourne's setup assistance at their South Zula, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $764.37, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kassandra T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
