Legal & Firm provided defective product

On June 14, 1991, I signed up for Legal & Firm's repair service at their Rhodamouth, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $744.81, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rachel M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
