Legal & Firm provided defective product

On February 19, 1984, I signed up for Legal & Firm's customer support at their Freddyfort, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $519.58, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Judson S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
