Billing dispute with Cuisine Kitchens

I purchased a unit from Cuisine Kitchens on May 4, 2004. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Nona T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
