Poor customer service experience with Cuisine Kitchens

On November 11, 2017, I signed up for Cuisine Kitchens's repair service at their East Alexandreafurt, New York location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $444.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Delia S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
