I want to report a serious concern with Digital Link Corp.'s product that I purchased on March 4, 2014 from your Alaynaside, Alaska store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Tanner M., but my issue remains unresolved.
