I have been a loyal customer of Premier Works for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-7421-DYM-3578) on December 3, 2004, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
