Delayed delivery from Wellness Center

On October 9, 2013, I signed up for Wellness Center's support package at their Leifmouth, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $507.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mallie I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
