Warranty claim denied by Select & Appetite

On August 24, 1978, I signed up for Select & Appetite's maintenance program at their Gulgowskiburgh, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $607.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Minnie F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
