Select & Appetite provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4044-AIO-9238 placed with Select & Appetite on July 23, 2024. I paid $209.29 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Chet R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
