I purchased a plan from The United Practice Alliance Plymouth Holdings on April 5, 2018. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Reuben E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
