Overcharged by Realty of Elite for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4228-QFD-9263 placed with Realty of Elite on May 1, 1992. I paid $464.29 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maybell D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
