Warranty claim denied by Buy Collective Bari

On March 12, 2011, I signed up for Buy Collective Bari's troubleshooting service at their South Mortonside, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $365.75, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Osbaldo H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
