Poor customer service experience with FastBazaar

On March 18, 1991, I signed up for FastBazaar's installation service at their Noemichester, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $695.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sarina Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
