I am writing regarding order #ORD-5398-JUE-7286 placed with RoboApp Corp. on January 23, 2007. I paid $748.19 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rozella T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
