I purchased a appliance from Meta Nexus on May 9, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Michele G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
