On August 26, 1975, I signed up for StudyTutoring Ltd.'s warranty service at their Cathrinefurt, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $823.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Modesta F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
