I purchased a gadget from Meta Tech on October 15, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Darren G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
