Wisdom University provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8800-LXP-5849 placed with Wisdom University on May 21, 2004. I paid $767.23 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dameon I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
