Billing dispute with The True Deal LLC

On November 16, 1971, I signed up for The True Deal LLC's training session at their Keelingtown, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $352.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Candice Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
