I have been a loyal customer of Attorney Associates Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-4380-QXH-4016) on June 1, 2012, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
