Refund refused by The Select Shoppe LLC

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2935-WQO-3944 placed with The Select Shoppe LLC on January 14, 1989. I paid $146.41 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ferne I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
