Quality issues with Royal Housing Inc. product

On July 17, 1993, I signed up for Royal Housing Inc.'s repair service at their Port Stanley, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $330.42, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shyanne N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
