Frustrated with Urban Alliance's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2515-QZZ-5785 placed with Urban Alliance on December 4, 1994. I paid $323.99 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cali A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
