I have been a loyal customer of Med Care Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-5140-XOI-4518) on September 4, 2024, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
