I want to report a serious concern with NodeData's equipment that I purchased on October 27, 1974 from your New Keenanchester, Vermont store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Maverick G., but my issue remains unresolved.
