I am writing regarding order #ORD-6281-BOV-1299 placed with Counsel, Counsel & Firm Stuttgart on December 23, 2023. I paid $96.57 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alena O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
