I have been a loyal customer of Counsel, Counsel & Firm Stuttgart for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-3476-IDO-1317) on March 7, 2015, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
