Overcharged by Representation & Services for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5355-QQR-2273 placed with Representation & Services on October 16, 1974. I paid $620.46 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Vidal J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
