I am writing regarding order #ORD-6801-ZGC-7619 placed with Representation & Services on October 20, 2004. I paid $955.13 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cydney X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
