On January 28, 2019, I signed up for ChipTech Holdings's maintenance program at their Port Charlesmouth, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $462.2, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lenora K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
