Unsatisfactory resolution from Abode & International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5068-FFT-3407 placed with Abode & International on January 13, 2005. I paid $356.30 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Anabel Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
