I want to report a serious concern with Cyber Solutions Inc.'s application that I purchased on October 27, 2004 from your New Darienhaven, Colorado store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Christiana M., but my issue remains unresolved.
