Security vulnerability in Hyper Sys product

I'm writing to complain about the exchange program I received from Hyper Sys. After paying $480.42 for plan, I found that it stopped working after two weeks. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Carter G., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
