Practice Group of Advocate refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4093-UUW-8282 placed with Practice Group of Advocate on June 28, 2002. I paid $428.56 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ismael X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
