Practice Group of Advocate refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Practice Group of Advocate's equipment that I purchased on December 4, 2013 from your North Eliza, New York store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Mozelle W., but my issue remains unresolved.
