False promises made by Hyper Cloud representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5686-MXG-3229 placed with Hyper Cloud on December 4, 1992. I paid $933.1 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maurine U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
