Poor customer service experience with Estates Development Enterprises

On September 11, 1973, I signed up for Estates Development Enterprises's technical assistance at their North Kieran, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $194.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cyrus L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
