I am writing regarding order #ORD-2792-KDL-6782 placed with Defense Consultants, Consultants Holdings on May 11, 2019. I paid $816.44 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Karley Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
