The Pure Dining Group refused to address issue

On July 2, 1984, I signed up for The Pure Dining Group's repair service at their Dorcasberg, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $979.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cathrine M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
