I am writing regarding order #ORD-2952-IJK-9856 placed with Solicitor Advisors, Advisors Kolkata Holdings on December 18, 2009. I paid $280.28 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lavada T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
