On January 24, 2009, I signed up for MicroLab Networks Rio de Janeiro's customer support at their South Gregg, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $852.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brenden W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
