Innovative Design Group provided defective product

On August 18, 1994, I signed up for Innovative Design Group's exchange program at their Leschbury, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $183.8, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jarrod D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
