I have been a loyal customer of Vital Network Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-1122-ZHF-7141) on June 6, 2001, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
