Unsatisfactory resolution from Golden Housing

On September 4, 2012, I signed up for Golden Housing's upgrade service at their Nienowton, Texas location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $92.42, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lessie N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
