Misleading advertising by Golden Housing

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6419-UVT-3239 placed with Golden Housing on February 8, 1996. I paid $65.56 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Layla X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
