Frustrated with ChipDigital Seongnam's lack of response

On October 24, 1994, I signed up for ChipDigital Seongnam's consultation at their Abernathyfurt, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $952.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Madeline N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
