Unsatisfactory resolution from Pioneer Growth Tutoring Khor Fakkan

On April 8, 1978, I signed up for Pioneer Growth Tutoring Khor Fakkan's return process at their Oletaland, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $682.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Toy E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
